What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
I understand that seeing a new stylist can feel a bit nerve-wracking, so I’ve created this page to gently guide you through what to expect and help make your first visit relaxed and enjoyable.

When you’re ready to book, you can call the salon concierge directly and let them know you’d like to schedule with me. Simply share which services you’re interested in, and we’ll take care of the rest with thoughtful attention to every detail.

Convenient valet parking is complimentary and located beside Café L’Europe, with the salon just across the street. Feel free to arrive comfortably — many guests enjoy bringing a laptop or light work to ease into their time here.

The Consultation
When you arrive at the salon, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our front desk team. I’ll come greet you as soon as I’m available and personally escort you back to my chair so you can settle in comfortably.

Your consultation is the most important part of your service, and I never overlook it. Before any service begins, we’ll take time together to discuss your hair history, goals, preferences, and lifestyle — this ensures we’re fully aligned and that your results are tailored specifically to you.

During this time, I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your vision and routine — and I truly mean that in the most supportive way. Please know that I’m not judging you — my goal is to learn about what you love, what you dislike, and how I can give you the best possible hair care experience.

Bringing photos is always helpful — whether it’s inspiration of styles you love or examples of what you don’t want. These visuals help us get on the same page quickly and create a plan that feels effortless and personalized.
After Goodbye
Once your service is complete, I’ll send you home with my personalized recommendations to maintain and enhance your new look between visits — from at-home care to styling tips designed specifically for your hair. My goal is for you to feel confident and cared for every day, not just in the salon.

With your permission, I may take a few photos of your fabulous new style — these help me document your look for future reference and allow me to showcase the artistry of your transformation in my portfolio and on social platforms. Don’t worry if photos make you a little camera-shy — I’ll guide you on how to pose so you feel comfortable and look your absolute best.
